Drive Institute

	Dr. Janine Walker Caffrey is the director of Drive Institute. She has applied the Drive principles in her own life and in the K-12 school she founded in 2002, to create a Culture of Drive in her home and community.

There is a crisis among the teens and young adults of our current “Generation Me” culture that does not come from poverty or war or hunger. It is not related to crime or natural disaster or global warming. It is about their lack of desire or ability to propel their lives forward; to do something, to be something. It is about Drive.

Drive provides the momentum for a person to dream and achieve, creating a unique independent life. A person without Drive is a rudderless boat, just drifting around a dull, boring lake.

Sometimes our thinking, feelings and strategies only need fine tuning a fraction of an inch for our grandest goals and dreams to come true. Through the familiar structure of goal setting, Dr. Caffrey teaches you the all important "How" to word your goals. She’ll show you how to fine tune your thinking, feelings and self-talk for very quick results.
